What we collect

Your name, email, country, playing level, goals and other answers you give in our intake form; the link to your video; payment confirmation details from Stripe (we never see your full card number); and any messages you send us.

Why we collect it

To deliver your analysis, manage your plan, contact you about your order and improve the service. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it

We use trusted service providers to run the service: Stripe (payments), Tally (forms), Google Workspace (email and storage), Cloudflare (website and email routing), a transcription tool, and Anthropic's Claude (to help turn the coach's commentary into the written report). These providers process data only to perform these services.

Minors

We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Analyses of players under 18 are requested by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the information and the video. Videos and images of minors are never published without specific written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

How long we keep it

Video links and reports are kept for 12 months after your last analysis, so we can compare progress if you return, and are then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time. Payment records are kept as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing vitor@racquetuni.com. We will respond within 15 days.

International transfers

We are based in Brazil, and our providers may store data in other countries, including the United States. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
